Polly Genova, the Bulgarian Eurovision contestant in 2011, finished 12th out of 19 contestants in her semifinal, just 6 points behind Moldova, the last nation which qualified for last Saturday's final.
Bulgaria won 48 points Thursday, while Moldova had 54 and Belgium – 53, the full results have shown.
