Asked to comment the statement of ruling party floor leader that there was a schema, under which all firing grounds in the country will be used for the destruction of the SS-23 missiles, Defense Minister Nikolay Svinarov confirmed that such a plan was being discussed. He specified that under this schema the firing grounds where the different elements of the missiles will be destroyed are Shabla, Slivnitsa, Novo selo, Koren and Zmeevo. Svinarov explained that so far a safe method for the incineration of the engines of the SS-23 missiles still hadn't been found. Only the elements whose destruction is proven to be safe will be destroyed, he pinpointed. Svinarov said that the procedure will start immediately after the independent expertise is ready.
