London Philharmonic to Wow Sofia on Short Balkan Trip

The London Philharmonic Orchestra will play for the first time in Bulgaria Saturday at the National Palace of Culture in Sofia.
The London Philharmonic is on a short tour of South-East Europe, during which it will play in Skopje, Sofia and Istanbul.
Young Bulgarian musicians will be given the opportunity to be present at the event's major rehearsal Saturday.
The Orchestra, led by conductor Vladimir Jurowski, will play pieces from Beethoven, Brahms and Mendelssohn.
The event is organized by Sofia Music Enterprises with the support of the British Council in Bulgaria.
