The Privatisation Agency approved the contract with Trakiya on the sale of 79% of Iliantsi Commodity Market on Wednesday and have requested from the candidate buyer to submit a letter, guaranteeing its payments. The price agreed for purchasing Iliantsi is BGN 42 M. Other candidates for the market were Vildi, with a BGN 3.5 M bid, A&I management-and-employee buy-out team with BGN 18 M, and Cyprus-based Dikart with BGN 25 M. The deal will be concluded by the new management of the Privatisation Agency, which should be done within the one-month exclusivity term.
