Six of the injured people in the crash between the two trains at Dragoil station, near the Bulgarian town of Dragoman, have been left in hospital.

Among them are two Serbian citizens who have been hospitalized for broken lumbar vertebrae.

The neurosurgery has hospitalized the people who had been traveling in the Bulgarian train. Three of them have a concussion, another one has a broken bone.

24 people, injured in the crash, searched treatment in the emergency room of the Pirogov hospital in Sofia on Monday.

The accident occurred shortly before 8 am, about 4 km from the border on Bulgarian territory, when an international train from Belgrade to Sofia clashed with a small company train, carrying employees of the Bulgarian state railroad company BDZ.
