More than 60,000 people enjoyed Enrique Iglesias's first ever concert in Bulgaria that took place Wednesday night.

The free concert was organized by Bulgaria's largest mobile operator M-Tel for its 15th birthday, which coincides with the start of Enrique Iglesias's career as a singer.

The concert was opened by the British DJ Sonique, who was touched to tears by the Bulgarian audience, even though this was her fourth performance in Bulgaria.

At 9 pm, with "Zdraveyte, Sofia" ("Hello, Sofia" in Bulgarian), Enrique Iglesias took over the stage to perform his biggest hits, as well as songs from his new album "Euphoria."

During the concert, he went down to the audience, took pictures with fans and invited two teenagers on the stage, where he gave them vodka and said "Nazdrave" ("Cheers" in Bulgarian).

The culmination of the show was the moment when the Spanish sex symbol invited a young girl from the audience to join him on the stage. Needless to say, she was crying out of excitement. But Iglesias, as a true gentleman sang to her his love song "Hero," danced with her and comforted her with a kiss, which sent thousands of heart-broken girls in hysteria.

Even though the performance of the singer was arranged to be one hour, he sang for half an hour more as an encore.
