Bulgarian winger Martin Petrov has scored a goal and made an assist in his first match for his new team Bolton Wanderers.
With Petrov’s goal, Bolton have beaten the American team Charlotte Eagles 3:0.
Bolton signed the player of the Bulgarian national football team at the end of June as Petrov left another Premiership team, Manchester City.
“Martin Petrov is a footballer of the highest class. He has managed to adapt perfectly to the team,” said Bolton manager Owen Coyle after the match.
