Netherlands Schedules Snap Parliamentary Elections for October 29
The Netherlands will head to the polls for early parliamentary elections on October 29
English referee Howard Webb set a record with the number of yellow and red cards he gave during the 2010 World Cup final between the Netherlands and Spain.
Webb showed a total of 14 yellow cards, the highest number ever for a World Cup final.
Nine of these were for Dutch players, including two for Heitinga, who also received a red card in the 110th minute.
The Spanish got only five yellow cards in what was an extremely dynamic and tough game.
