Spain has triumphed over Germany in the second semi-final of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa with a minimal 1:0 victory.
The semi-final match was dominated by the Spanish for the most part as the Germans failed to show much of the zeal and skill they demonstrated against Argentina in the quarter final.
The only goal in the match was scored by Spain's Puyol in the 73rd minute.
Spain will be facing the Netherlands in the World Cup final on July 11, whereas Germany will play against Uruguay in the third place match.
