The Bulgarian National Television, BNT, requested from the Parliament to allow them to move the direct broadcast of the Plenary Hall debates to their satellite channel BNT SAT.

The request was made in a letter sent to the Parliament and stems from BNT’s direct airing of the football matches from the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

The Speaker of the Parliament, Tsetska Tsacheva, announced Wednesday the request has been approved.
