Bulgaria prosecutors have raised charges of manslaughter by gross negligence against 4 of those arrested over the tragedy in Krumovgrad on Saturday in which three teenagers died.
Krumovgrad is also holding an official day of mourning Monday after three teenagers died Saturday after an explosion of an improvised bomb at an orphanage. Six people were arrested over the weekend in connection with the incident.
Kardzhili District Prosecutor, Svetlozar Lazarov, announced Monday that the heating official along with the ex-Director, Svetoslav Deyov, and two workers at the orphanage have all been charged.
The four were arrested Saturday evening and on Sunday two more people were arrested including the son of the heating official, neither of who have yet been charged.
