The new Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Boyko Borisov, often finds common ground with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, and French President, Nikolas Sarkozy.

The sarcastic short article dedicated to the “shocking trio” has been published in the French daily "L'Express."

"Sarkozy, Putin and I, all have followed the same life path; we all come from the high levels of the Interior. And we all love the police, Borisov keeps telling all his foreign guests," the newspaper writes, mockingly noting that the Bulgarian PM is a former bodyguard, the Russian is a former officer of the Soviet Secret Services, KGB, while the French has only been an Interior Minister.

Just two days after the Bulgarian general elections in July, the same newspaper published another unflattering article about Borisov, asking if the old, rough speaking gorilla with big promises, would be able to tame the law of the jungle in the Balkan land.
