All media in Turkeys define as positive the decision of Simeon II to head the new Bulgarian government. They stress the fact that the first political force, which the NMS II had negotiated with was the MRF where the Bulgarian Turks are mainly represented. According to the widely circulated `Sabah`, the refusal of the former prime minister to make a coalition with the King`s movement is a guarantee that the MRF will become a minor coalition partner in the cabinet of Simeon. The newspaper forecasts it is most probable that Simeon II would endow the royal title to his son, Cyril Saxe-Coburg before swearing in loyalty to the Republic. The influential `Milliiet` and `Huriet` also comment that before becoming prime-minister the king must swear allegiance to the present republican constitution. To the papers, that would actually mean the dethroning of King Simeon II. Leader of the MRF Ahmed Dogan is unanimously professed for the next vice-minister. His people are proposed for at least two ministerial posts in the new cabinet. The media in Turkey stress as well the new satisfactory social climate in Bulgaria after the elections and expectation that the pledges to raise living standard, introduce new political morale and root out corruption will be fulfilled. As a fact, participation of Bulgarian Turks in running the country will represent them to the merit and place them on equal footing with the other citizens of the country. The immigrant Turks expect the new rulers would not only defend them but also solve the complex of socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian problems accumulated during the years of transition to democracy. They do not want to be the `unwanted children of Bulgaria` any more.
