The denationalization proceedings of `Bulgartabac Holding` are to start in a month after forming of the new government, said NMS II experts. Under the Privatization Act, the parliament is to approve a plan on selling the holding. The new strategy envisages two options for the `Bulgartabac Holding` sale. `We`ll try to find a buyer for the entire venture, but its price is dropping non-stop,` Vladimir Karolev, NMS II expert, elaborated. `On the first indications that there are no bidders for the holding, we`ll proceed to sales of detached parts,` he is flat. Soon a massive marketing campaign of `Bulgartabac` is to start abroad as well. Investors reportedly have already shown interest in the profitable processing and cigarette factories. Among the firm candidates for detached parts sale were `Michailidis` `Reemsta`, `Socotab` and `Philip Morris.
