The VIP guests of the "Tastes of Varna" Culinary Festival in Bulgaria's Black Sea capital have expressed their delight with the Helios Spa & Resort complex at Golden Sands.
The first edition of the "Tastes of Varna" Fest, of which Novinite.com is an official media partner, ended Sunday completing a whole week of culinary competitions, wine tasting sessions, live music and dance performances.
The five-star hotel Helios Spa & Resort located in the nearby top Bulgarian Black Sea resort Golden Sands is the official partner of the "Tastes of Varna" initiative.
In this capacity, Helios Spa & Resort has hosted all Bulgarian stars who participated in the Culinary Festival including singers Toni Dimitrova, Nina Nikolina, Eli Radanova, Teodor Koychinov, Orlin Pavlov, and musician Kalin Velyov.
Uti Bachvarov, the star host of the culinary show who also hosted most of the events at the Festival, has explicitly expressed his satisfaction with the Aphrodite Beaty Spa & Health Clinic at Helios Spa & Resort, where the Bulgarian stars could try hydromassage baths with milk and red grape extracts, massages with chocolate and hot volcanic stones, and green algae body wraps.
Over 40 firms including restaurant and hotels owners, food and wine producers, tourist operators, interior design companies took part in the six-day "Tastes of Varna" initiative that made the Black Sea city Varna the top Bulgarian culinary destination.
An average of 2 000 people a day visited the Festival in the Festival and Congress Center in Varna where over 100 exotic dishes were demonstrated.
The organizers have expressed their satisfaction not just with the turnout but also with the impact that the "Tastes of Varna" Fest is expected to have on promoting the Black Sea tourism and high-qualify Bulgarian made food and drinks.
