Bulgaria`s carrier Balkan Airlines and Virgin Atlantic of the US concluded a contract on Friday for reciprocal recognition of flight fares from Sofia to eight destinations in the United States, the Balkan Airlines press centre announced. Balkan will sell tickets to New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Miami, Orlando, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Passengers to the US destinations will fly on Balkan aircraft to London where they will board the planes of Virgin Atlantic to continue their flight. The fares to the listed destinations will be between $550 and $810. The return tickets will be valid for six months.
