The Bulgarian Prime Minister, Boyko Borisov, has forbidden the use of the words "freeze" and "stop".

Recently PM Borisov has put a ban on the use of "will" by the ministers in the GERB cabinet.

During a press conference on Wednesday, Borisov announced that the government would provide BGN 288 M until the end of the year in order the pensions rise to be financially covered.

"In the firs month of our government, the pensions increase is 9%", he explained.

In Borisov's words, until the end of 2009, BGN 50 M more will be given from the budget each month to insure the pensions rise.

There is a need of limiting the smuggling, the value added tax (VAT) draining, and to take back all that has been stolen, and the government relies on the judicial system to help in this.

"Every additional penny can be given for pensions and social help after each successful action. The next four years will not be pink, but if the measures we are taking are successful, and the changes in the legislation become a fact, next year, after the summer the situation will be better, and we make consider rise in pensions, and salaries. The Bulgarian nations must know that it has to work, to stop stealing, and must win the European Union trust, in order the poor to receive more, and the ill ones to be treated better", PM Borisov said.
