The six Bulgarian medics, charged with infecting 393 Libyan children with the HIV virus, will be questioned by a prosecutor again, their Libyan lawyer Osman Bizanti told private National Television bTV. According to the report the Arraignment Chamber ordered the prosecution office in Tripoli to start a new investigation of the case of the HIV infected children in Benghazi hospital. The next session of the Arraignment Chamber, concerning the case of the six Bulgarian medics will take place on July 15. At its February 17 session, the People's Court dropped the conspiracy charge against the Bulgarians and handed the case over to the Civil Court. The procedure for the trial in the Libyan Civil Court against the six Bulgarian medics began on June 3 with a session of the Arraignment Chamber. The six Bulgarian medics pleaded not guilty to all crimes, they are charged with, and once again stated that they have been tortured when they made the confessions.
