12-year-old Alexander from Pernik was found alive near Radomir, the Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed for BNR
Former mayor of a western Bulgarian town has been found dead in the well of his house in an apparent suicide.
The body of Zlatko Stoychev, former mayor of the town of Radomir, was found Sunday evening by his nephews. Police says there are no traces of violence on his body and assumes that Stoychev has drowned himself.
Stoychev was mayor of Radomir from 2003 till 2006 after winning the local elections as an independent candidate.
The mayor was defeated in the elections in 2007 and headed the group of "For Radomir" coalition in the municipal council.
His relatives have ruled out suicide as a possible cause for his death, saying he was a man full of energy and had no reasons to put an end to his life.
