Bulgaria's Supreme Cassation Court revoked Thursday the decision of the Sofia City Court denying registration of the UDF leader, Martin Dimitrov.
The Supreme magistrates criticized the motives of their colleagues from the City Court to reject the registration of the leader of the rightist, opposition Union of Democratic Forces party (UDF), but did not go as far as the enactment of the UDF leadership's registration.
The Supreme Court's decision states that the City Court failed to offer a sound judgment of the evidence presented and to request new proof, but the case was returned to another City Court magistrates' team for reexamining.
