Bulgarian Orthodox Church Celebrates Krastovden: The Day of the Holy Cross
The Bulgarian Orthodox Church marks today the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, a day known in Bulgaria as "Krastovden" or the Day of the Cross
"Direct Hit", an eight member rock ensemble, made up of musicians from the United States Air Forces in Europe Band, will embark on a Bulgarian concert tour from April 24 to April 26.
Playing hits from the 60's and beyond, "Direct Hit" features a dynamic horn section, talented vocalists and a hard hitting rhythm section. The tour will include free live performances in three Bulgarian towns - Kardzhali, Yambol and Veliko Tarnovo.
Featured on American television, the band has entertained audiences in Europe, Central and Southwest Asia and the Middle East.
Whether entertaining deployed troops, delighting students at local area schools, or performing for tens of thousands at music festivals, "Direct Hit" is known for delivering high energy performances.
