Bulgaria's cabinet voted Thursday to set aside BGN 2 M for the coming "Natural Gas for Europe: Security and Partnership" Summit.

The funds will be provided through restructuring of the 2009 budget expenditures.

Thus, Bulgaria's Foreign Ministry will get over BGN 1,4 M for the organization of the summit, the Ministry of Interior will receive BGN 200 000, and the National Security Service - BGN 380 000.

The international energy summit will be taking place in Sofia on April 24 and 25. High-ranking representatives of 30 nations and a number of international organizations from Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, and North America are expected to attend.
