Four Rightist Bulgarian MPs Leave Democrat Forces

Politics » EU & PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS 2009 | April 8, 2009, Wednesday // 10:28

Four members of the Bulgarian parliament want to leave the rightist group of the United Democrat Forces (UDF).

They have declared their will to leave UDF over disagreement with the coalition formed between the Democrat Forces and the Democrats for Strong Bulgaria Party (DSB), headed by the former Bulgarian PM, Ivan Kostov.

The UDF group has reached the minimum existence limit of 10 MPs after the leaving of the four.

Coalition agreements between UDF and DSB have been sign by their leaders Martin Dimitrov and Ivan Kostov for a joint appearance on the upcoming parliament elections.
