Music Legend Tom Jones to Delight Sofia Again Wednesday Night
Famous musician, singer Tom Jones is coming back for a concert in the Bulgarian capital Sofia on October 30.
The legendary Limp Bizkit nu metal band will have their first ever live concert in Bulgaria in June.
The news was announced by Balkan Entertainment, organizer of the concert, which is part of Rock The Balkans festival.
The concert will be held on June 29 at the Sofia's "Academic" stadium. Fans will be able to purchase tickets beginning April 10.
The current members of the band, who reunited after an 8-year break, include vocalist Fred Durst, guitarist Wes Borland, bassist Sam Rivers, drummer John Otto (Rivers' cousin) and turntablist/sampler player DJ Lethal. The American band is originally from Jacksonville, Florida.
The group just confirmed, in February 2009, their reunion and the upcoming spring tour that will include numerous festivals all over Europe, including Russia, the Ukraine and the Baltic countries.
The group also has a project for a new album, their first since 2000. The other three Limp Bizkit albums sold over 20 million copies just in the US and about this much more all over the world.
