The State Insurance Institute (DZI) is to offer tourist insurance for foreigners, officials announced. The service provides insurances for foreign citizen in case of 6-month sojourn, as well as transit passing. The product provides insurances in case of death in an accident, permanent loss of working capacity, as well as payment of health care expenses resulting from accidents and sudden illnesses, as well as in case of repatriation from the country. The insurance is valid also in cases of personal luggage burglary out of vehicles, or in case of its loss and physical annihilation. The prices depend on the volume of the chosen coverage, as well as on the insurance period. The minimum term is up to 30 hours.
