The Bulgarian Prime Minister (PM) and Chair of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) Sergey Stanishev is in the city of Plovdiv Sunday to officially open the BSP national youth convention.
The convention will last two days and is held in the Congress Center of the International Plovdiv Fair under the motto "Learn about our ideas and how to reinstate young people's trust and interest in politics and politicians."
Young socialists from all over Bulgaria are discussing their future in the country, the principles of good government and ways for "intellect to win over muscles in politics."
Niki Kunchev, well known TV host and one of the Darik radio hosts is the moderator of the discussions. Kunchev is going to "test" Stanishev on his intentions to involve more and more young people in the process of making important decisions for Bulgaria's progress.
The Bulgarian PM Stanishev and Bulgarian Interior Minister Mihail Mikov are also going to inaugurate the new building of the Third Police Precinct in Plovdiv. The building is entirely constructed to the European standards and will house 102 police employees.
