I have a question to the author of the article and their editor, why would anyone in Bulgarian media refer to Bulgaria as ' the balkan state' ? Is it me or does this slightly remind us of articles in the foreing press, where our country is often refered to 'the balkan state' or 'the former communist state' or all sorts of historical labels? I assume that most readers of this website are well aware of the georgaphical location of Bulgaria, and I truly hope this is not copy-pasted from another news article, because I've never heard any bulgarian refer to their country as ' the balnkan state'....

Furthermore, in the quote from the doctor earlier in the story, i believe he cannot comment on his patient's condition WHILE he is in coma, not UNTIL....
