The real estate investment company Winslow Developments is going to invest over EUR 4 M in the infrastructure of its project in Sofia - the residential quarter Winslow Gardens, which is located in the eastern part of the Manastirski Livadi ("Monastery Lawns") quarter.
About EUR 640 000 will be invested in the grassing and planting of trees in the luxury quarter. Constructing the sewerage system will cost EUR 940 000, the electricity distribution network - EUR 850 000, the water supply - EUR 656 000, and the gasification - EUR 440 000.
The company is also going to construct roads of 1,5 km in order to connect Winslow Gardens to Sofia's road system.
According to Laska Nenova, commercial and marketing director of Winslow Developments, the company was going to try to coordinate its investments with other developers in the Manastirski Livadi Quarter in order to build a first-class infrastructure.
The news about the infrastructure investments come days after the apartment prices in three luxury Sofia quarters, including Manastirski Livadi, went down by 7-10%, allegedly over the lack of basic infrastructure in the newly built residential complexes.
