Bulgaria's Education Minister Daniel Valchev and the famous illusionist Antranik Arabadzhiyan - Astor amused students by doing conjuring tricks to mark April Fools' Day on Tuesday.

The show took place in Astor's Magic Theatre in Sofia as some of the youngest students of the conjurer have also joined the performance.

Minister Valchev, presented as the best illusionist among all European ministers, promised that children, who manage to solve the Rubik's Cube puzzle in less than five seconds, will be allowed not to pass matriculations.

One of the young illusionists, Jeni, 6, took the challenge and cope with the difficult task even faster.

The minister made a flower shaking after "telling" it to do so and repeatedly picked up seven of diamonds from a pack of cards.

Valchev boosted of training Astor's most popular trick - removing his head from his shoulders.
