Two Bulgarian nationals were detained in the Canadian province of Quebec over forging debit cards, Darik News reported Wednesday.
Valeri Georgiev, 46 and Ivaylo Marinov, 40, were arrested on February 8 after the bank, whose ATMs they used, told the police they suspected such frauds have been recently committed.
The authorities started to supervise the machines very carefully just to prove the Bulgarians' guilt.
The devices, which transferred the data from the cards to the personal computers of the two detainees, were seized at the arrest.
Legal proceedings have already been instituted against the Bulgarian citizens.
