EU commissioner for consumer protection Meglena Kuneva inaugurated a children's drawing exhibition in Sofia, held within her Europe-wide initiative to raise awareness of dangerous products, particularly children' toys.

Commissioner Kuneva handed out prizes to the winners in the competition named "Draw the present you dream of".

The "Safe Christmas! Be careful what you offer to your kids!" campaign focuses primarily on informing consumers on the dangers of some widespread products, but also includes a pact with producers to provide more information on their products.
