No lives were claimed in 12 hellish car crashes that occurred overnight on roads across Bulgaria, according to the data of the country's Interior Ministry.

A total of 15 passengers suffered injuries in the hits as some of them remain in critical condition.

In the capital city of Sofia, the number of traffic accidents during the same period was 153, including three major hits, which left five people injured.

More than 360 road accidents occurred in the country since the beginning of the new year, killing 43 passengers.
