World famous supermodel Eva Herzigova opened Chopard's first boutique in Bulgarian capital Sofia on Friday, the chain's 101st worldwide, as part of her two-day visit to the country.
"I am very happy to be in Bulgaria again, I visited the country when I was a child," the Czech-born model said.
Herzigova, who is the brand's advertising face, was accompanied by Chopard's Vice President Caroline Gruosi-Scheufele.
As part of their visit to Bulgaria, the two ladies are to go sightseeing in Sofia and will be invited to the best nightclubs in the city.
Their schedule also includes dinner with Sofia mayor Boyko Borisov on Friday evening and a visit to the national history museum the following day.
The luxurious Chopard shop, which offers jewellery, watches and other accessories, is situated near the Parliamentary building in downtown Sofia.
