A bomb exploded on the second floor of a residential building in Bulgaria's seaside city of Burgas early on Thursday.
The explosive device was placed near the front doodr of a flat, owned by a 29-year-old man, dubbed the Poison.
There are no immediate reports of casualties. The windows of the whole entrance of the building have been smashed as a result of the blast.
It probably was an act aiming at intimidating some of the residents, police said.
