Sofia Municipality and some of the biggest taxi companies are to provide free transport to the polling sections for disabled people, who want to cast their ballots at Sunday's local elections.

The invalids will be able to place their orders on the special phone number 0800 20 720.

A total of three specialized minibuses of Logistics Directorate with the capital's municipality are to transport the disabled citizens from their home address to the polling stations they are scheduled to reach.

The disabled people are allowed to cast ballots in each of the stations in Sofia.

If they vote out of the district they live in, the disabled will have the chance to support only a candidate for the mayoral position.
