The city hall of Bulgarian capital Sofia will spend BGN 29 M on repairing and building new schools and kindergartens, the city hall's press service said on Wednesday.

The budget allocation is four times the amount spent last year.

Repair works range from cosmetic touches to overhauling the entire infrastructure and access to utilities in some cases.
