Bulgaria's Youngest Uni. Student Wins 1st Place in Balkan Guitar Competition

Bulgaria's youngest university student, the 13-year-old David Dyakov won the big prize of the 6th annual Balkan competition in acoustic guitar playing, Darik News reported.

Dyakov, who studies in the New Bulgarian University, amazed the jury at the final round of the competition, that took place in the town of Velingrad.

For a whole week performers for Bulgaria, Greece, Germany, Macedonia, Turkey and Brazil showed their perfect command over the string of their guitar.

The big prize in the first age group was awarded to Angel Levi from Sofia. The winner in the second age group is Mile Karovski from Macedonia.
