German Authorities in Search of Missing Bulgarian

The German police are searching a Bulgarian citizen, whose car was found in the Pescher Lake near Cologne.

His car, a Renault with Bulgarian licence plate, was found in the lake by the fishing club's chairman Rolf Thelen. Thelen was very surprised when instead of taking out fish he stumbled upon the car.

After fire fighters took out the vehicle from the water, they found out is has a Bulgarian licence plate. The keys were still on the dashboard and there were some leftovers.

According to the identification documents found in the car, its owner is the Bulgarian citizen Georgi Milanov from the town of Russe.

The car has been stolen two days ago from in front of an Internet cafe in downtown Cologne.
