The second view of the wreckage of the Cambodian-flagged Hera ship, which sank February with 17 Bulgarians onboard near the Bosphorus strait, will cost about BGN 680,000 to the country.
The data was announced Tuesday by the Transport Minister Petar Mutafchiev at a seminar in the seaside city of Varna.
"The procedure of granting the money will be completed until the end of the week," the minister added.
It is possible for the sum to be reduced to BGN 500,000 if the equipment used is property of Maritime Navigation Bulgare.
The team that will take part in the submarine operation has already been formed.
A Bulgarian ship will also join the view. It will put away to the Bosphorus strait as soon as the Turkish marine authorities allow it to.
Cambodia has granted its right of investigation to Turkey, as the shipwreck occurred in Turkish territorial waters.
Hera ship sank February 13 2004 with 20 sailors aboard.
About a month after the tragedy the bodies of five sailors, three Bulgarians and two Ukrainians, only were retreated.
