Bulgaria's State Administration Minister Nikolay Vassilev opened Monday the eighth national conference on the perspectives of the e-government.
Vassilev's counterpart from Luxembourg Claude Wiseler, Austria's e-government Executive secretary Christian Rupp and Rudolf Strohmeier, head of the cabinet of EU Commissioner Viviane Reding, all attended the launch ceremony.
Wiesler then talked on the socio-economical effects from managing identity in e-services. Rupp's lecture will be on Austria's good practices in managing an electronic government.
