A sub-commission, which is to observe the absorption of the European Funds is to be instituted, Bulgaria's Parliament decided on a Friday session.
The sub-commission will be part of the European Affairs one.
The proposal of the right-wing Democrats for Strong Bulgaria and some independent MPs for establishing a separate such commission was rejected.
The Parliament has also decided that it will provide the financing for a fully equipped office in Sofia for MEPs' visits.
The parliamentary rules, concerning Bulgaria's EU membership, have been changed because of the recently revealed cases of misappropriation with funds of the SAPARD program.
