Bulgaria Arrests 1 over Taxi Driver Murder

A man has been arrested on suspicions of murdering a taxi driver in Sofia, the interior minister said.

Emil Emilov, 51, employee of OK Supertrans company, was killed shortly after 2 am while driving the taxi.

He was stabbed to death.

Drug addicts are suspected to have killed the taxi driver in Sofia last night, Darik News reported.

The murderers are believed to have been clients of the taxi driver, who refused to pay their bill.

The murdered man was not even robbed. His car was found bumped into garbage bins.
