Third Letter Bomb Explosion in UK, 1 Injured

A third letter bomb exploded at Britain's vehicle licensing agency, injuring a woman on Wednesday. Police refused to confirm the nature of the explosion, but BBC News said a parcel bomb had exploded at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency in Swansea, south Wales. This is the third attack in three days on motoring-related organizations. Police suspects a disgruntled motorist or a militant animal rights organisation to have plotted two letter bombs that exploded in the last two days in London and Berkshire, the Guardian reported.
