A letter bomb exploded at a London office, in the same road as the UK's Scotland Yard police headquarters on Monday, injuring a woman. The incident happened at an office in Victoria Street, about 200 yards from the police building. Police said the area in Victoria Street in central London was cordoned off after they received reports of a suspicious package. The matter is being investigated by the Metropolitan Police Service SO15 Counter Terrorist command, a police statement said. Police were called to reports of a "suspicious package" at 9.40am. The bomb was set off at the headquarters of Capita Group Plc, the British Broadcasting Corp., which operates London's congestion charge.
