Windows Brings Consumer Vista to Bulgaria

Two months after launching Windows Vista for corporate users, the much-awaited consumer OS will also be available to users in Bulgaria.

Microsoft will present its newest product in Sofia together with its international premiere on Tuesday.

Windows Vista and the Office 2007 will mark a new era in the PC industry, and greatly influence the life of people who work with them, the company claims.

Vista's main innovations lay in the design and content protection areas. The Windows Aero, centred on 3D graphics, is one of the new additions that is supposed to make using the computer a completely new experience.

Microsoft has based the release of its Vista version on a four-part message: That it will simplify the way people work together, enable better content protection and management, help to find information and improve business insight and reduce IT costs and bolster security. Still, just days after the launch of the corporate edition, hackers boasted the first cracks in the security.
