Bulgaria, Turkey Organize Business Forum

Bulgaria's economy and energy minister and Turkey's minister of state will open a joint business forum on Thursday.

Bulgaria's Minister Rumen Ovcharov and Turkey's Minister Kursad Tuzmen will officially open the event at 9 am in the Kempisnki Hotel Zografski in Sofia.

The forum, which is in the framework of the 17th session of the Bulgaria-Turkey intergovernmental committee for economic and technical cooperation, is organized by the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The forum will mainly focus on current condition and prospects for further trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. It will have sessions on energy, trade, investments, transport, regional development, education and environment.
