Bulgarian Colonel Gets Suspended Sentence for Sex Abuse

A colonel from the town of Sliven, Southeastern Bulgaria, was found guilty of sex abuse and given three years of suspended sentence and five years of probation.

Alexander Petkov faced court on charges of malfeasance in office and sexually molesting women in his brigade.

Rumors in town had it that a sex-corps has been formed in the thirteenth tanker's brigade in Sliven for the needs of its high-ranking guests.

The case was heard behind closed doors.
