Bulgaria's Air Forces Undergo Sudden NATO Check

Bulgaria's Air Forces have undergone a sudden check for readiness to counteract to an offender aircraft conducted by NATO representatives, Defence Minister Vesselin Bliznakov said.

Twenty-four hours ago the Bulgarian Air Forces were mobilised after a signal for an offender aircraft was received.

According to Bliznakov, the pilots completed the training task successfully. They managed to detect the aircraft and then escort it.
