23 Died In Nepal Bus Accident

At least 23 passengers, including a child, were killed and several others were injured when a bus went off the road on Sunday in Nepal, near the border with China. According to reports, the bus fell off 300 meters of height and plunged into the Jalbire River, causing 22 passengers to die on the spot. Another passed away on the way to the hospital. 25 more injured are being treated at the hospitals in Dhulikhel town. The accident took place around 11:00 a.m. local time, in the Chanaute area of the Nepalese Sindhupalchok district.
