Bulgarians will be able to travel without visas for a stay of up to 90 days in Israel, according to a bilateral draft agreement.

The document removing visa requirements for citizens of either state was approved Thursday by the Bulgarian cabinet.

Under the draft agreement, job seekers visiting either country will be required to apply and obtain a respective visa entry in accordance with the national legislation.

The bilateral accord is expected to be signed June 11-12, during a scheduled official visit of the Israeli President Moshe Katsav to Bulgaria.
